true if its anything we lack in then it is only education we have to blame
and teaching good manners, behaviour from parents
not to say its the parents fault children have the blame also
but emphasis is given to education because the first revelation to the prophet peace be upon him or shall i say the first word was "**READ" اقرا **so the Quran says it all
