well yes, Tendulkar did hit Shoaib around the park, but his “chucking” becomes an issue as soon as he hits Tendulkar on the helmet

^ that's not true. It's always been an issue, the calls for exposure and action simply becomes more strident and important when in addition to being a chucker, he loses control and people get
Let's try this - an illegal gun is always illegal; yet when it's used to shoot someone, you're bound to hear a lot more hue and cry. At that point, you don't argue with them for not raisining a stink before.

^ lets read all the news article before beginning of series and till the point when Chapel raised issue of Shoaib chucking.... it never was issue until Tendulkar was playing well, the moment he got hit there is all the hue and cry about chucking :)
