Honest advice; go talk to some guy involved with manufacturing in Karachi or Lahore. I had to get this shirt specially made (this was the kit they used during the 2003 World Cup) from a factory that takes orders from the Pakistan cricket board; cost me 300 rupees which is very, very reasonable for a custom order.
I don't think I know anyone that works with manufacturing in Pakistan. =\ Why did you get the jersey specially made? You could have just bought it from Karachi or Lahore.

My brother-in-law just came from Pakistan yesterday and he said he was going to Kareemabad to get me a jersey because he needed to buy himself a bat to bring back but there was a bomb blast there recently so he couldn't go.

What you will get from the general market is poor-quality kits, and that too only the version that the team is using these days. High quality jerseys are very hard to get, and are not available freely. Tell your cousin to talk to people at stores like "Miandad sports", and the people there can probably place an order of the sort I am talking about.

You can get the Jersey from Karachi's M.A Jinnah Road (famously known as 'Bandar Road'). There are many shops there who provide quality sporting goods including the kits. Normally they dont "hang" quality products for display, someone needs to step into the shop and ask for the specific item
ok heres a deal for u phatima... i know a guy who make all kinda designer logos... from nike to adidas... he writes names and stuff too on tshirts... if you want ill get u a green jersey... and ill ask him to write 'shoaib akhtar' at the back of it.. and you'll get that for very cheap... let me know if you're interested.... im in toronto.

hey so will they still make shoaib akhtar jerseys even if he’s not playing anymore? i wanted to pick out the jersey myself because i don’t want someone to get it for me and the size not be right or something else…so i was thinking i should just get it next time i go to pakistan… but what if he’s not playing then? will they still sell them?
