mushkil tub hoti hai when the customer gets impatient and blames the vendor when the parcel gets delayed and tracking doesnt show online. This is not in hands of the sender at all but nonethless all blames come on the sender no matter what. If you acknowledge that if the sender has given you a proof of dispatch, parcels can get late,get misrouted or even lost AND that Pakistan Post is not efficient in updates on website for tracking, then go for it.
