i can’t believe women would come down to such lows as using false rape charges against somebody and messing up their entire reputation. why would the woman that got her the job make her do that? i wonder what she has against the ahujas

plus 3 months of his life he spent in jail hell, he was probably abused by cellmates and had god knows what done to him. real rape victims are sometimes not believed and then these kinds of woman that totally bring shame to all woman kind by doing such underhanded things.

Calm down for a bit and let’s look at the little information contained in the report. Toward the end of the article, it says that the IRONY here is that Shiney had **confessed **to raping the woman…and ALSO…that DNA evidence and medical reports confirmed rape. So, that’s a contradiction.

It would be considered “underhanded”…if the woman admitted to “lying”…AND ALSO IF…the evidence suggested that Shiney was truly innocent. But that’s not the case here. The medical evidence (example: semen, etc) indicates rape or some sort of sexual confrontation (that could have even been consensual).

We could jump to conclusions and criticize the woman for being a liar and for stooping low…BUT…: 1) she made the accusation of rape 2) medical evidence supports rape **3) **the accused party (Shiney) admitted to raping her…and now 4) the woman is NOW taking back the allegation.

SO…the question is why is she going back on her own words? Was she paid to do so? Did someone offer her the deal of a lifetime…or was she threatened? If Shiney truly was innocent…why would he confess to raping her? Being in the slammer for “false” accusations is bad enough for his career…but to actually CONFESS to raping the woman…that ends his career. Why would he take such a risk if he were innocent?
