yes i am aware of that but the blouse is loose and she is constantly fidgetting , which shows that she is having trouble with the outfit…which means…she is not carrying if off well.

Blame the designer or maybe Shilpa lost some more weight between the time that the dress was stitched and when she actually wore it…
