4th of July Quiz

In case you don’t know the entire story, here it is for your reading pleasure .

I must be around 3-4 and I was eating a banana. This little bakri ka bacha (our pet) started following me around and tried to eat my kela I ignored and moved, he followed, I moved again, he followed again. In old days in our gaaon, the bathrooms were outside of the house and they were basically wells (kun’waN) with a seat over it. Seat must be 1-2 feet long and about a foot wide. I finally got into the bathroom thinking he wouldn’t come there and I was too young to close the heavy door. He came in the bathroom I had had it. I put the kela aside, picked up that maimna and pushed him through the hole.

Then I went home clapping and my daadi asked me why I was happy. Being the honest kid I was, I told her the whole story. She smacked her head and told my dad to run and save that maimna. Dad prepared a rope with a circle at the end and hung it in the well (he was looking with the help of a torch). The maimna was baa’ing with his face upwards (which is understandable :halo: ) so the rope fit his neck and when dad pulled it, it tied and then dad slowly pulled him up and out of the bathroom and then they gave him a bath with chemicals. Nobody yelled at me because I was just an innocent kid who was being stalked by this bakri ka bacha
