i’m not entirely sure about the process but i do knoe it has to be a married couple , so i cudn’t ask…not that i think i’m gonna do justice to her even if i could adopt her…
we have a lodgers ward here at the hospital …so they usually grow up there and then either go to the Sheikha’s palace…and are groomed to be lady’s in waiting i presume or if someone’z interested they are adopted
