You don’t consider him a Sahabi, fine…I, as a Sunni have no problems and can live with that…
But I consider him a Sahabi of the Prophet :saw:, and I think you should be able to live with that…
Cursing him in front of us will breed hatred…You want to curse him, don’t do it here please…We hold him in high regard and respect, you don’t, let’s keep it that way…

Memsaab may Allah have mercy on you. I am not sitting here taking anyone’s sides. I was not present to witness history and your wonderful stories 1300 years ago. I would not be cursed like you and all who think like you to curse the companions of the Prophet:saw: Who are we to judge. However I do understand that I must not curse anybody. We haven’t seen what happened with our own eyes. Besides, cursing will not make anybody more superior or another less superior. You have sick minds and you are a fitnah because you opened such a thread.

honestly i didnt think an average sunni liked or supported mawiya..but he seems to be a very respected figure..dont mean to offend anyone here
