NS hails from Punjab (actually Kashmiri) but PML-N like all other parties has representatives from all the provinces (Sindhis, Pathan, Balochis and Urdu-speaking people). so it won’t all be just Punjabis in his Federal cabinet. Provincial cabinets are obviously dominated by people from the same province
