Anyone who thinks Iran isn't trying to develop nukes is a dimiwit. And a majority of UN programs have proven to be dimwitted. What has this great watchdog group done to earn such high respect? They couldn't even prevent Khan from black market nuclear trading.

Whats more, the experience of India and Pakistan developing weapons that were a complete suprise to the world, certainly serves as a prime example of how inspection regimes can fail, and how nuclear inspectors and world analysts can be fooled.

Neither Pakistan nor India ever tolerated the interference of nuclear inspeactors in their nuclear programs. They were never party to the treaties under which nuclear inspectors operate.
