NS was offered a chouice between facing charges or leaving for KSA. He chose KSA.
How people are so poorly informed, it alarms me.
Why? Is he above law? Or Musharraf is the law so he can do whatever he wants, forgive a "national" criminal/looter, compromise with criminals etc, what the hell is law for? what the hell are courts for? Does it mean Musharraf knows he won't be able to prove anything in courts?
