If you eat healthy and exercise you will be fine. I hate people coming out with stupid formulas etc

It is simple science, to eat properly and exercise regularly which make you look and feel great.

Losing weight is simple.

I cant understand how people who REALLY REALLY want to lose weight can't.

There's no special magic trick - if you really want to lose it YOU WILL, by exercising and not eating any junk.

Calories out > Calories in = weight loss.

I think that part of the problem is that some people think that they only need to start eating healthy and exercising when they notice that their clothes are fitting tighter and that they've packed on the pounds. When you make healthy eating and exercise a part of your regular lifestyle...it becomes easier. It's challenging...and it requires will power..but it can be done.

When it comes to weight loss, people give up way too soon when they don't see results right away and lose all motivation. Or the other common mistake is working out like crazy when they've never worked out in their entire life, which ends up draining out all their energy in the very beginning, resulting in loss of interest.

Two rules that must be followed

1- Start slow- (working out for two hours straight on day 1 is not gonna accomplish anything).
Work out time should be increased slowly.

2- Pick a routine, exercise for 5-6 days a week, follow that for a few months atleast.

Being desi....we are all about the roti and rice...and everywhere I go I read that you should cut this out of your diet....or eat less of it!

But this is a staple of our diet! So what are the substitues for rice or roti???

well mainly the tum needs to go in but once I,ve started i,m sure i,ll get toned up,as i have also started to do light exercise as well
I,m more conscience of the quantity of food on my plate so smaller portions will help inshallah…and as i,m not checking til july,I dont feel bad about the little bit of junk that I do eat,I do feel lighter so the metabolism is working better …and i,m not straning buttons anymore :cb:

3 month ago, i used jack3d and phentermine to reduce the weight..
I really surprised to see to that i loss 12 lbs weight just in one month..

Drinking ACV diluted in water (i,e a few spoonfulls of AVC in a bottle of water)... My sister-in-law did it when she wanted to lose weight after giving birth to her second child and she lost about 10-12 lbs in two months.

Green Tea doesn't work for many.
hot water with lemon and honey is good for me.
have juicy fruits, like oranges and grapefruit etc

Try eating 4 oz. greek yogurt with a salad (no meat) for lunch. It has protein that will fill you up.

I have lost quite a lot of weight recently. I was severely over weight when suddenly one day I weighed myself after a trip to Pakistan and I was 10kg above my target. I was that upset that I decided enough is enough and cut out as much junk as possible. I would eat sugary foods everyday, i would eat out every 2 weeks. Fried food was a regular meal and eat a lot o cereal.

So i cout out most of that by 90% and weght sarted to drop. I would exercise too. I have always drunk water and eat fruit and veg. I eat a grapefruit a day and 3-4 cups of green tea. I am not sure if they work because I would have had to test them on their own. Grapefruit breaks sugar down right?

I have stopped taking sughar with tea and now have sweetener.

It is very hard to lose weight espcially if you have not convinced yourself enough is enough. You would need to keep an eye on what exactly you eat. I have guilty moments ad i am sure if i controlled more I could cut 500 calories even more out.

I follow a strict diet and have been maintaining my weight at approximately 165lbs for the past one year. However, I do eat fat-rich foods from time-to-time and also ingest a lot of carbohydrates on a daily basis. Due to my increased endurance & stamina over the years, I can punch a boxing bag for 2 hours and skip-rope for 20 minutes twice a day (40 minutes in total), and burn a total of 1400 calories in a day by exercise alone. 1 pound of fat = 3500 calories. Following this exercise routine for about 3 days, I can successfully burn close to 2.5 pounds (with a stricter diet). I hardly ever do that though. I enjoy eating the foods I like, but I work hard then to burn the excessive energy. Normally, I do about 1-hour of boxing, 5 times a week, and 15 minutes of rope-skipping 7 days a week. I don't put in to consideration strength-training specifically in relation to caloric expenditure.
