From my experience, Islamabad girls have got attitude problem. They don't consider other girls being their equivalent and think they are better than Lhr/ Khi girls in looks, intelligence, fashion sense etc. Having lived in the capital city for all your life doesn't make you superior.

LOL…is it a shame or are we lucky that there seems to be no “Isloo” (first time I’ve ever heard the term) guppans around here? It would be funny if someone created a multi and responded to the thread as an Isloo guppan. :hehe:

I used the word fashionable and not modern. In defence they maybe dressed in t-shirt and jeans, but in Gulberg they are dressed in shalwar kameez and look better. Defence is new money...Gulberg is old money...more elegant and refined.:)

Its wrong perception about us. We don’t mind mingling with Lhri’s and Isloo’s. Mostly my best friends are Punjabi. so don’t generalize US.:halo:

Who says we are ruka pheeka… recently i have met lhri girl and she is boring…should i say that all lhri’s are boring. :bummer:

I am a karachi Mahajir Girl.

I am lively and sociable. My best friends are punjabi and pathan. In my family there have been marriages to pathans and punjabis and i recently attending weddings of karachi girl and pathan man and karachi girl and punjabi man. Please dont generalise. Take each person for who they are.

Karachi Islamabad and Lahore are such large vast cities with people from all walks of life. You just cannot generalise at all it makes 0 sense to me :/

It is on the crossroads of Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa but it actually doesn’t form a part of any province. It is the federal capital of Pakistan and its in the “Islamabad Capital Territory”.

my daughter will be half Lahori (with 12% pathan in there as her father is 25% pathan)… and half Kashmiri…what will that make her in terms of face shape? :rotfl:
