This is a long overdue review. I have ordered many times from Aiman for the past couple of years. I have never been dissapointed with her, she is soo lovely and so professional. Always makes time for her clients no matter how little or how large the order. Her work is stunning and she put a lot of hardwork into her clothes. Ive recently given her details to many of my friends in the UK. They also have been impressed by her work. I highly recommend her as HBD. If you want quality time and time again you must try Aiman. ok, so I have ordered several times from Aiman, and my mum even met her when we were in Karachi last. I have to say I love Aiman so much, she sent me my orders last week, I ordered 2 SS and 1 Elan, she was so clever she made a jacket out of the dupatta to 1A SS suit. All the suit's have come out amazing, the stitching is so neat, the fit is amazing and the pants are sooo awesome, with pretty buttons at the bottom. I will always order from Aiman as she never disappoints!! THANK YOU AIMAN xoxo She also stitched two for my Mum and the fitting was perfect, we had a small mis understanding re the pants for her suits, but Aiman apologized and rectified by making me the jacket. Will post pics on FB as soon as I wear them xoxoxo
I’m not active on these forums but I was looking around here last year for recommendations for an online vendor/designer. I came across this review page and decided to place an order with Aiman for my brother in laws wedding because she had so many good reviews. We had a limited time of about 6 weeks to complete the order and there were about 8 formals that we needed but Aiman was very accommodating about this. We decided to select designs that Aiman had already created for other clients that we saw on her page with a few adjustments. In addition I placed an order for several casuals.
This review is long overdue mostly because of my laziness in registering for this forum and thinking Aiman has such a good reputation she doesn’t really need another great review! But I think that’s not fair and we should all continue to write about our experiences because the pages and pages of reviews are what made her an attractive vendor to place an order with in the first place and she is a good example that others should learn from.
The whole ordering process was incredibly smooth. Aiman is very organised and excellent at communicating throughout which put to rest any worries I had as it was my first time trying a designer without personal recommendations. She would ask questions to make sure she was doing things correctly, was always prompt to reply, keen to update us on what was happening and would share pictures at each stage (e.g pics of fabric after dying, kaam in progress and final result). I really liked the fact that Aiman was always so responsive and happy to have a chat (whether through lengthy typed messages or audio messages on whatsapp) in order to understand customer requirements properly and I never felt like I was bugging her with my questions. Aiman has a lovely personality and always has time for her customers. When you are speaking to her even though she is incredibly professional you feel like she is a long trusted friend or family member.
The clothes that we received were all lovely, good quality fabric, stitched neatly and fitted well. Everyone was pleased.
The elan lawn replica Aiman sent me was high qualtiy, beautifully stitched with a lovely soft, pure chiffon dupatta.
All our clothes were completed in good time just like Aiman had committed from the start. Unfortunately there was an incident at Karachi airport at the time and we were unsure whether the parcel would be able to get to us as it was unclear how long flights would be grounded for. Aiman was constantly in touch throughout this stressful time with the parcel company and with us. This really demonstrated to me that Aiman puts her heart and soul into making sure her customers are satisfied.
After placing this order I was interested in a particular type of fabric and Aiman very kindly went to the market and sent me pictures of what was available. This just goes to show again how proactive and dedicated she is her to customers and work.
If you want someone who is a pleasure to work with, reliable, organised, a good communicator, offers quality fabrics and uses a good professional darzi then go with Aiman.
Aiman keep up your good work and continue to maintain your high standards because we really need people like you!
