she called me and told me that insurance company found the car.... it is damaged.... but its all covered... mean while they r giving her a rented car

I just had the worst day of my life! Had an exam, went in confident, was ecxited to get it over with and my mind just went BLANK! I spent 2 hours shaking and almost crying! :( bad bad bad bad bad day.
