Marwah i do organic dairy/poultry fruits and veggies.. wild caught fish (salmon,cod etc) and take fish oil..
lots of fiber..no white bread at all..i mix flax and oats in my stone ground atta to make the roti....and no red meat ever. I havent had beef in many many years...
pomegranate juice (not from concentrate), minimal sugar intake, dark chocolate (IF you are craving)...and if you want to have nuts...do almonds and walnuts only but no more than 3 tbl spoons...
anything with fructose corn syrup, overly processed pre-packaged food..mirch masalay...fried stuff is just no-no!..although if you are craving it...would do maybe once a month..
