lafz-e-fart jo hai vo lafz-e-IFRAAT [ziyaadtii, faaltoo, extra] se banaa hai…is liye:

fart-e-shauq = abundance of desire

Ifraat-e-**zar **= inflation.

Ya’ni faaltoo currency notes chaapna.

Here ifraat is not a good thing. It is not daulat ki ziyaadti.
