ok, wait, i have one story... and that being the work that imran khan has done for cancer care in pakistan... i kinda work in the field, and everyone knows him and how amazing of a job he's done for the poor! even the Director of the Medical Physics Institute at Uni of Sydney applied for a job there (and he got rejected)... so yeah, ppl know of him and his good work for pakistan... does this make u feel a little bit better? :)

i guess bcoz its in a different country to where we r in right now... and then again, there r plenty of organisations that do exactly the same work... so i guess the media would rather concentrate on that!
also... the shaukat khanum institute was establised so very long ago... sp maybe there was coverage when it was all starting up and has died down (naturally) since then.

You know, with the advent of modern Science, mashallah, Muslims now have the means to cure many different things. They even have Midol for PMS…I suggest you give that try.
