Well what is wrong with going with the easiest view granted that it is approved of by the Shariah?
I believe there is a hadith narrated by Aisha (RA) that more or less says that Prophet Muhammad (SAW), when presented with two options/choices went with the easiest one, granted that it was approved of by the Shariah (ie. not haraam).
Before you opened this thread, I used to think that I was the only one who followed all madahibs. My heart is content with what I am Alhamdulilah. As someone mentioned, the presense of a dalil such as an explanantion from sunnah or the quran , is enough to satisfy me even if it is not being practiced amongst “hanafis”.
As teh Prophet :saw: said, the difference of opinion is my nation is rehma (mercy).
Thats nothing to eek about. Fiqh Jafari has a similiar ruling. If you travel a certain distance, i/e. leave your home town, and you intend to stay for less then 10 days or if the place is not already considered a second home, you read 2 rakaat Qasr.

I never said it was haraam. There are no haraam opinions in any of the 4 madhabs. The question is of being a good muslim and laziness is not a characteristic of a good muslim.
Also, the ‘ease’ that the Prophet :saw: refers to in a number of hadeeth refers to avoiding overburdening yourself. For example, the fact that the Prophet :saw: prayed two prayers together without any reason once does not give you the excuse to always do that.
Lajo bhai, there's absolutely nothing wrong with following the easiest correct path. In fact, we've been commanded to pick the easiest correct path (I can't seem to find the hadith on it).
The four school of thoughts agree that in search of the easiest path or short cut for that matter, one may enter into the territory of the danger zone of following one's NAFS than the Ehkaam. This is the only concern I see in The Hunk's post.
now i know why people had made "mazar" and "dargahs" easy path for prayer.
just go to mazar once a week and there is no need to pray remaining 6 days.
there are some people who believe that there is a mazar on mountain, in a city may be "faislaabad" or may be "multan" that if go there with bare feet you will get "swab" of half "Haj".
