I have seborrhea on my scalp so I have to use medicated shampoos like Selsun Blue.
I wish Selsun Blue smelled better. It really stinks. My hands smell like sulphur even hours after shampooing.
Selsun Blue actually works for dandruff and other problems, unlike Head n Shoulders.
After shamppoing with Selsun, shampoo once with another better smelling shampoo, that does the trick. I don't have dandruff but Selsun Blue is very strong and I use it if I oil my hair. Other shampoos just don't get the oil out.
Klorane is a really good brand... I am currently using the Cinchona (for thinning hair) and Almond (for fine hair) ones and love the way they make my hair feel/look!
a) yeah somehting to volumize my hair
b) i hate shampoos with pungent/sharp smell and i feel they dont suit my hair type.
c) oily, wavey. thick hair strand.
d) herbal essence so far=/ or elvive.
My hair is the same as yours, plus I’ve had dandruff issues. I tried this new brand two months ago and fell in love, its sulfate free and organic. My dandruff has gotten a lot better, I guess it was because of Sulfate maybe? They had a buy one get one free deal on black Friday at ULTA so I grabbed them in bulk. The brand is called Organix. I got the tea tree oil, cherry blossom ginseng, pomegranate, and peach one. http://www.ulta.com/ulta/browse/productDetail.jsp?skuId=2217384&productId=xlsImpprod2230251&navAction=push&navCount=1&categoryId=cat110148
Gina , you are such a doll… .. I bought klorane shampoo and my hair feels and looks amazing after one wash and condition. I hope this shampoo works out for me.
a. of course!
b. not really…my main concern is if it suits my hair type, I find most shampoos smell nice anyway so its not really relevant.
c. fine, sometimes “wavy” and gets oily pretty quickly
d. I like Pantene’s Flat to Volume…would love to try the higher end ones but they’re so expensive and they often dont’ have trial sizes. A few times i’ve bought trial sizes of other shampoos to find out I really don’t like them/they didn’t suit me.
