i lost a baby at almost 21ish weeks and my sister in law was also expecting, she came to visit me every day for weeks.. her baby turned out just fine.
I hope your cousin doesn’t say anything to her friend because after such a big loss the last thing she’dwant to hear is something as stupid as this
