Sleep is such a wonderful thing! You can drift off into dream land and forget everything that’s bothering you and just sleep…sigh
So, I wanted to know, how many hours of sleep do you need? I know that 8 hours is not enough for me!! I could do with 9 or more hours of sleep a day and weekends…I could probably do with more!
cat-woman it varies from person to person, based on your age, physical activity level, stress,gender, intake of sleep inducers, your diet, and even your mental activity level. No 2 people can ever have the exact same sleep patterns , they always vary in length of sleep cycles ( even if its by a few nanoseconds)
In layman's view it would be the more active/ or totally idle your body/mind is the longer it requires to regenerate/synchronize.
