Well clearly he has nothing more interesting to talk about albeit sex is an amazing topic however, I wouldn’t talk about it with my female friends. It’s slightly cringe worthy. Don’t take it literally unless you feel the need to avoid him. It happens a lot with sex deprived Asian males.
