how can u even compair the two, one is a muslim country and the other is not.
if the pakistani goverment wanted prostitution/Sex in pakistan to stop then im sure it would of been done by now, but the fact that it is a male dominated country and there are soo many desperado's there who are gagging for it. i dont think it will be stopping anytime soon...
