ditto what MarriedNY said I have used ,janome, singer, brother ,pfaff, The old Salika pakistani machine but Kenmore is the best Pfaff is second Kenmore machine is actually Janome but Sears get thier own brand name (KENMORE) on it and thats why its lil better then Janome because of best customer service from Sears I have two of them one is 6 yr old basic model and Second is 4 Yrar old Fancy Shmancy with all the stitches you can get and easy to use
