if Mush was sincere to Paksitan he would have used the emergency to attack the real enemies of Pakistan instead of using it to save his kursi and brutalising the nation. mediocre leaders act in mediocre ways. Difficult to decide who was the worst ruler Pakistan ever had him or Zia.
