how neat, but who has the time to pull out two pasta plates, then find an empty plastic bottle!
I rather do it in my palm and wash my hands with softsoap

Why do you even need two plates. This person used two plates to explain the whole thing, you can always take a plate, bowl or what ever utensil u need. Throw the yolk in the sink, easy peasy!
