Jokes aside, I think no matter how busy we are, we still have a pretty good idea of who we are as a person and what kind of feats or mistakes we are capable of. Self awareness comes from life experiences and reflecting upon the course of action we take when presented with tough choices.

Acha about your topic i would say Self discovery is a good thing but not everybody can discover themselves because for that you need isolation and time which is not easy to get in today's life.And honestly I never tried to discover myself beacuse there are people around me who can tell the good and bad in me so why bother?

I agree. Its a continuous process and no one can claim that he/she knows all about themselves. Humans don't know themselves, their God does know.
