Aik paratha with anda and chiken karahi, a little phaynee, chai , two glasses of water. I am diabetic so I have to eat enough to get me through the day which is a very long day for a diabetic. It is about one more hour for Iftar time in Eastern Time zone of USA.

i catn eat eggy stuff or salan stuff at that time in the morning lekin aaj sehri karte waqt kaafi dil kar raha tha:hmmm:

2 pathathas with aloo palak ..and 1 apple and kaila....2 boiled eggs with chai..:o

oh and a lot of water :p...

Today I ate 5 Taquitos and a Burrito, and drank like a gallon of Cranberry Juice. :D

while last night saalan of chnnay ki daal and rotti and fruit…:daaghu2:
