Judging from their Hi teas or whatever they call 'em, the menu would be Blah, except Avaris.
They have a seperate table with all sorts of cholay, chanay, papri, chutneys, diced vegetables, yogurt and what not to make your own chat, or bhel puri or pani puri 
Too bad they forgot to add salt to their cholay the day I went
