usually, we have either paratha, or rotti with daal, or chips!!! but i can’t make any of that, forget any of that at 5 in the morning.

app ki wahan desi store nahi hai kiya..agar hai to ja ki dawn ki parathy utha kar bana liya karin.

i ate 1 boiled egg, a protein shake with fresh fruits, 1 glass of milk, 2 glasses of water.

I start fasting tomm (thursday) so ill be having paratha and leftover chicken salan

Usuall do the standard english breakie this morning had cereal accompanied by toast etc with tea ..and then went pakified by making omlette pakistani style ;) umm yum yum then thought oh no what if i have a craving for choc so had a kitkat and then thought ...better have some drink in case im thirsty had loads of water and then thought ohhhh u know what i need some sprite ...then after that drowned down a piece of fruit. Felt satisfied. went upstairs did my prayers..was just abt to go to sleep ...and my tummy started rumbling ...:( :(
