Some family gave me some food and I cooked some before Ramazan. One day, I mixed every left over (cooked rice, cooked vegetable, meat, chciken), added some tomaote paste, onions, garam masala and left in pressure cooker.

make some chicken boiled with salt, pepper.
when the chicken is dried, make fibers of them n just keep in ur fridge.
now u can use it in different ways,
1..mix this chicken fibers with seasonal vegetables or can simply put it in a roti with a paste of ketchup or any sauce u want, n then roll it. a simple shawarma is ready.
2.boil some potato, mash them mix chicken fibers n salt, chilli according to taste.n make a kabab of them. u can freez those shami kababs. n fry when u want. eat them alone or make a sandwich in bread or can eat wid roti.
3..take chicken fibers, mix in mayonese with salt and peper, paste on bread and homemade club sandwich is ready, u can also add small cubes/pieces of boild eggs in that paste of chicken and mayonese.
