true that.
IMO Pakistan bowlers gave lion-hearted performances on a batting wicket specially Shoaib, Sami and Danish. Sami deserves a special mention because he was the unluckiest bloke today. Should have had Clarke plumb LBW twice and beat Langer quite a few times as well. Aussies score quickly as they usually do but Pakistan is still on top of the game provided they break through tomorrow. This is the stage of the game where Pakistan can make or break the game. Insha'allah we will get early wickets tomorrow and gain a substantial first innings lead which will pave the way for a win.
disappointed with how we collapsed to just 341 but overall very happy with how the lads’ performed today with the bowl, shabi was on fire and danny also bowled well to take vital wickets :k:] plz pbob drop sami he is useless!!! come on lads’ keep it up grand job thus far.
ha ha ha did u see hw Razzaq played and hw Aussies r back in thebgame. u guys hav so lost the game:)
This is exactly where Pakistan were at the end of the first day. A batsman and Keeper on the wicket. Let's see how much Aussies can add to their overnight total as compared to Pakistan's 24 runs.
Razzaq's performance and captain's strategy was defensive and questionable. He should have been the one going after the bowling..our tailenders are more than capable of playing the 'support' role. I would have liked Razzaq giving some thrashing at the end.
Here we go again, history repeating itself. Everytime Australia is down, they rise on the next day, starting from the first ball. How they do it? They watch the video of day and decide tactics for the next day and apply them from the get go. If they could'nt take wickets, they observe the mistakes the two batsmen made, and exploit it on the very first ball of the next day. They usually get that wicket on the first or the second ball and break the partnership as well as the hope of the opponents. If they could'nt bat well, they observe the mistakes they made and avoid them from the first ball. As match starts now, u will see gilchrist establishing an inning that would change the match. Expect a century from him. Whoever takes his wicket now, in case someone does, will be my hero for this match.
Australia wins matches after the day is over and before the next one starts.
