Yes, there’s loads of “second-hand” shops in Non-Desi societies that of course mainly cater to low-income customers. In those shops you can sell and buy pretty much anything from clothes to electronics.

Do they import second hand clothes like we see places like Light House and Landa Bazar full of imported second hand clothes. Someone commented seeing these clothes ‘Angrezon ki utran’.
