Well just as India blames pakistan (but ofcourse that is not your focuspoint at all i know) for every little mishap in Bharat why should not Pakistan blame India?

It is insane to think Hindu India is giving order to Arab and Pakistani jihadists in Pakistan. Do you think Pakistan would allow that?

Suicide bombing is endemic to Islamists for they are told they get a one way ticket to heaven and receive 72 virgin sex slaves for doing so. Pakistanis should know for this was (is?) openly taught in schools, funded by Saudi sahib, across Pakistan and is supported by numerous imams. If it were a regular terror attack then perhaps India was involved but suicide bombing is an Islamist tactic.
