I’m sure you know much better than me, that medication is crucial for those with schizophrenia, HOWEVER, love and care are much more important. They need to feel comfortable, have their own personal space, and never should feel any sort of threat ( even moving from one location to another). And it varies with people, but with my Mamoo, this is the only way to keep him calm and away from his dark place. .

I’ve never heard of that before but maybe I’ll try that. I’m very firm with my Mum, because I fear that if I let her do things without me puting up a fight, she may take advantage of it as she does with my Dad. Maybe if I change my angry behavior, it may bring change into her. But the main concern is her not taking her meds. Recenetly, I’ve been crushing them and slipping it in the coke bottle and she hasnt suspected it. It doesn’t do much, but make her sleep which is fine. I’ve been asked to stop doing that because if she has more then her regular dosage, it could kill her. It freaked me out so I won’t be doing that anymore
