I want to admit that I enjoy my coffee in nice ceramic mugs than those paper cups they serve coffee in starbucks …
but ceramic mugs absorb the heat so fast and coffe becomes cold in few minutes …
such life

Im sorry but you Kanadians and Amreekans have no concept of coffee and actually calling that boiled water that they sell as Coffee at startbucks is an insult to coffee in itself.

Latte is a shot of espresso (which is concentrated coffee brewed by shot of hot water) topped with milk steamed to a perfect temperature covered in a layer of froth which in modern days is used to carve out pretty designs like hearts or leaves.

I took a shot career break in my mid 20s, went to the coffee school and worked as a licensed Barista.
My ideal retirement plans include owning a Cafe

ok can i share my dream of owning a coffee shop..
open area.. but walled.. really high walls of red brick sortta like old castle look with lush greens over them.. raw metalic/iron seating and red brick floors ..that feel cold to the feet and no shoes allowed in that cafe’

Oh 
we’ll need days if not hours to talk bout this.
First it’ll be the location, I want it somewhere very romantic like a Hill station, we have heaps of those in Australia.
I’ll probably find one of those older style built houses with deep timber wood and renovate 'em with a very nice garden out front with lots of timber chairs and table for people to enjoy the sunshine.
Inside will have a huge fireplace, Now I dont want the one with wood so Im going to get those new fireplaces that run on gas but look like its got logs burning in, it’ll be in the middle of the room.
Lots of cushions in warm colors covering the wooden chairs and benches
okay I have to stop or i’ll die of excitement.
