Khandan-e-Ghulaman - True. Just like one slave had a better life than others, does not mean the slavery was right nor it is better than casteism. We are given a myopic version of the history from our childhood and hence we tend to be more narrow minded and intolerant than anyone else. Is there any wonder how we treat our minorities? Even by our own 20th century ultra modern constitution, Muslim is a first class citizen and the minorities are second class citizens. And we tend to make judgments on our past based on the propaganda fed to us in our school books..
