Re: Saudi Preacher Released After Paying Blood Money
your press was upto its neck with lies on this story, what is it that you wanted us to do with this filth of lies?
if you are willing to use allegation of rape of a 5 year old to promote anti saudi sentiment, thats sickening, quack even. just like what i would have thought of the culprit in the actual case
this thread has been dead for last 15 or so posts, now its just people trying to find some self justification for the opinions they may have expressed before. yeah, this bit i have enjoyed.
Re: Saudi Preacher Released After Paying Blood Money
^^ Forget all the filth of lies as you see it.
Facts as you see it
A child got murdered (Dont know how)
The father was found guilty of the murder (may or may not have raped the child) according to the justice system of SA
The father was let scot free after paying blood money to the mother of the child
Do you think justice was served. Dont come up with a firm answer. Atleast mentally acknowledge what standards of justice you are adhering to.. It might enable you to sleep better at night.
BANGALORE: Five-year-old Arya (name changed) who was sexually abused by the cleaner of her schoolbus in a campus toilet has been deeply scarred to live anymore in the city. The child has shifted out of Bangalore on the advice of psychiatrists who said it is the only way she will be able to put the traumatic experience behind her.
The child was playing in the school ground when the cleaner took her to the campus toilet and abused her. Arya told psychiatrists during counselling that she just doesn’t want to remember the school ground or the bathroom.
Dr Shaibya Saldanha of Enfold Trust, Bengaluru, said on Tuesday: “We have been working in this field for the last 10 years and **we have seen the number of child abuse cases, in one form or the other, increasing. But still, there is no proper legal system to handle such cases. **Though a Bill to protect children from any form of abuse has been passed by both Houses, it has been lying with Parliament for the last two years. It is yet to become an Act."
Re: Saudi Preacher Released After Paying Blood Money
Diwana back again to protect his lords. You get exposed all the time mr hamid, why dont you come out of your closet. dont forget to bring your laal topee cuz we cant recoganize you without it
Re: Saudi Preacher Released After Paying Blood Money
^^ May be i dont. But at the same time i dont want to see people defending rapists and murderers of 5 year old girls. Thats not normal by any standards. Well laal topee is exception though.
Re: Saudi Preacher Released After Paying Blood Money
I agree with U 100%, Indians should look at their own backyard. They have no right to raise their finger on pious shariyah-abiding saudies. Anyone who doesnt look at his or her own backyard is a hypocrite par excellence. :nook:
Re: Saudi Preacher Released After Paying Blood Money
I m sorry to speak like this, but U need to shut up when U talk about Saudis on these forums. Perhaps U dont know that saudis are the best in the world because they follow the shariyah rule, and interpret ate the diving command in the best way possible according to a large section of this society. And above all they are not supposed to be hypocrite (Munafiqeen). So watch out for them and try to digest whatever they do.
Re: Saudi Preacher Released After Paying Blood Money
OK, let me write some points here.
1- No society or country is completely devoid of flaws in its system. There are several events which show weaknesses and abuse/misuse of laws all around the world.
Saudis are not any exception and thinking somehow they should have a flawless system is beyond realistic views.
2- Much too often these kind of ‘news’ by media are used for:
a- Trying to show that somehow the system in one country or society is horrible and those who point the fingers actually have political motive.
b- It may very well be a way to boost one’s ego.
c- Last thing these people have is genuine concern of any crime happening against a victim. Otherwise if this is really be true that there is a real and deep remorse for the victims… then why not look closer to their own surroundings and their own system first?
It is sad that the story of the victims are actually exploited to score political points or satisfy hateful ideas.
3- If a criminal is accused for any horrible crime against humanity in certain parts of the world, the accused somehow is considered “insane” or "suffering from some form of (temporary or permanent) psychiatric illness but this benefit of doubt is not extended to any accused from other parts of the world. Everyone outside certain geographic area is considered completely sane and should have been perfect!!! Hence deserves extreme criticism.
4- A knee jerk response is usually made.
5- In India it is pathetic to see not even a law could be passed to prevent these kind of crimes against children let alone someone can come up with excuse of law being misused or abused. And this is despite these crimes being on the rise. (Post 24)
6- And yet Indians here are silent. They would rather spend time and energy to criticize places thousands of miles away from them. In other words they would rather act as hypocrites.
7- **There is no ‘excuse’ for any crime anywhere in the world and my posts should NOT be taken as any support for any such crimes anywhere in the world including KSA.
**
Re: Saudi Preacher Released After Paying Blood Money
Do you really want me to open threads on India? Seriously? Say yes or no.
If I open those threads then don’t say the political way " I **would be **the first one to condemn…"
Just do it.
Anyhow, I really don’t find myself opening threads on India at the moment on its many many weaknesses. I am just happy for now, to give you reality check whenever I feel like.
You decided not to take advantage of the right to be silent. Didn’t turn out to be good for you.
Re: Saudi Preacher Released After Paying Blood Money
Blood money or dia is very common. The US military actively uses it in all theaters of war where there are Muslim countries. They pay 25,000 dollars for a dead husband, 10,000 for a dead son if i recall the figures correctly. In the case of Pakistan the US paid blood money for Raymond Davis including issuing green cards.
While the nature of the crime in this case is horrible and without doubt insanity blood money is a common concept even Western nations use in Muslim countries.
Re: Saudi Preacher Released After Paying Blood Money
This guy has a point and that is what everyone is saying against Saudi Justice system. And people lets not bring India into this..this savage crime in Saudia Arabia has nothing to do with India.
Re: Saudi Preacher Released After Paying Blood Money
^its the point you want to make, yeah we can look at it
i replied to stormraiser on page 1 with some reasons for why i and the few others couldnt comment on this. read it, go do the leg work and bring back what you find
the thing about the abyss is if you look into it, it looks into you. i am looking forward to you presenting your case
from what we have about the case, i’ll accuse you and your fellows of being, as bad as, your own childs rapists and murderers because you are pushing lies just to propagate anti saudi sentiment
