^do your own research, and come tell us about the case. im not convinced about the integrity of any of the reporting. it may have been a case of manslaughter, it may have been a case of mental illness, it may not have been murder! i seriously doubt what has been reported, it needs a thorough investigation which now cannot be done online

yes in an Islamic system, a murder can be forgiven in dunya (to be judged again in hereafter). however theres aspects of this case that im not sure about, and as we already know the media are using commonly known jurisprudence positions (along with fake jurisprudence positions) to sell their story. so i cannot give you a firm answer
