**Red Pepper Pasta Sauce
Ingredients:
3 Chopped red bell peppers (capsicums)
1 Clove garlic; minced
1 cup Chicken broth/stock
1 tblspoon Tomato paste
1/4 tspoon Salt
Dash of Hot pepper sauce
1 -2 tblspoons chopped fresh basil

Method:
*Bring all to a boil; reduce heat and simmer until slightly thickened, about 20 minutes. Process in blender or processor until smooth. Serve over hot
cooked pasta. Garnish with additional basil, if desired.
