Perhaps you need to mind your own business, considering this is a case of a terrorist operating in Pakistan.. 
If this terrorist is innocent, then he would be found innocent. After all, this is Pakistan not India.
But more then likely, he is a terrorist and should be treated as such. But again, thank god for him its Pakistan and our judiciary is free:D.
If the tables were turned, and it were in Indian, he would have been dead long ago under mysterious circumstances in prison..
