**sara, I wasn’t being patronizing in General, when I rewrote your post. :o I don’t read your posts only because it’s rather difficult to understand the words in their shortened version separated by all those dots. 
One would think that ‘tht’ and ‘soreeee’ are easier/as easy to read and write than/as ‘that’ or ‘sorry’. But it’s not true. 
Our brains/eyes are trained to glance over words and sentences without trying to read every alphabet, and for people who are not good at non-standard version of language, it becomes difficult to register these words without allowing our eyes to linger on them. 
That takes time, and you know that all posters are awefully busy people. 
You can still use as many emoticons.
