It looks like i’ll not marry at all at this rate… but marraige is for worldy people…
i’m sure i have a higher purpose but i dare say i doubt mother uderstands that and will force me to marry something…
mind you i did try to persude her that i would agree to marry, however she did not like my suggestion that i should be wedded to my rifle… she said it was not fair on that old bandook to have to put up with me
