^did you read what the designers themselves have to say about the shirt lengths? they wrote "we advocate the kameezes of varying lengths, both the long and the short and everything in between are going to be the summer staples" so cheer up and experiment with the lengths :) I am 5"4", not much taller than you are yet think long kameezein look nice on our heights yaar :) I would go upto 49" long kameezein

Haan,you're right guys.Looks like heeeeels are the answer,although have never worn them with lawns before.Think my maximum length is 46"...hope I can get away with that.
So what bottoms are y'all going for?...pants or chooris??.I'm thinking I really would like a tight pyjama..:).

Ive noticed that all the dresses are mostly Pastel colors like peach, turquoise, light pink : (
why no dark colors like Black, Royal blue, Greys, Purples??? : (
Im not THAT impressed with the collection this time - well mayb I was havin very High expectations : P
Lakhani suits seem much better to me

^ there are 3 blacks, one red and one very dark pink. pastels and medium tones are more wearable/popular during the summers.
personally, i'm not that impressed either this time. i might end up getting one, though. but the one i'm leaning towards is not shown in the catalog clearly, both color options have the bottom hidden for some reason. also, most of the shirts are so long, you can't even tell what color the bottoms are! so i'm going to play it safe and wait till someone releases the actual exhibition pics on FB. sure, they get sold out at the exhibition, but are readily available a couple of weeks later. even isb had several places that were selling them last year.

aur agar style front plates with kali’s ho then pants
