That's true tf, my suits do look nice when I'm wearing them but the hysteria around the suits is crazy, I would be gutted if I paid 7000 rs for them!

Yah, even when I was looking at the stitched pics, they don't look that great, but in person they look very cute and perfect for my kind of lifestyle. Also they last a long time, the Sana Safinaz I got a few years ago still look new and I've washed them multiple times. Plus I didn't pay the ridiculous prices offered since my MIL went to the exhibition. I would NEVER pay more than that.

yeah, overpricing of the clothes sucks....but styling wise I think SS has come up with very trendy stuff....I could not find such styling in any other brand....we might also have to spend a little more jazzing up the outfit like with a brooch or some fancy buttons etc

MP....there are vendors on FB selling replicas of that black/white one for about 3200/3500.Have no idea of the quality though....was thinking of asking my SIL to check it out,but dunno if I even want to pay that much for a copy.

Hi Twinkle, just checked my suit and yes there is the green puttee on the front of the daaman. You're absolutely right, there was an additional satin puttee with the suit but i didnt want it put on. On the original outfit i think they added it vertically down the front of shirt but I asked ammi not to put it on as i thought it would be too much. :)
