they wouldn’t take orders over the phone. they said they had too big of a business and it would be best to either have someone come in on my behalf or pick my own things when i show up. i had my aunt place an order for me and hopefully it’ll be fine. i think with bridals, they’ll want you in person or someone on your behalf at the very least. its tough, because the website doesn’t offer you enough variety. i’m sure you can place an order though over the phone if you tell them a specific jhora that is advertised in Libas or elsewhere, and take it AS IS. the minute you start wanting customizations is when you really need to be infront of them and have an appointment.
