Shalimar? Hehe... ok, next time agar chakkar laga to Shalimar ki pic bhi lay lein gay... waisay it is nothing to wrote home about. Their food is fabulous, but unfortunately, the pics do not transmit the taste. And visually, its nothing to write home about. :)
Anyway, one of these days, I will also put together a pictorial for San Jose, Insha Allah.

This is an old thread. Now revived because ahmadjee asked about touristy attractions around San Jose. Well, San Francisco is about 50 miles north of San Jose and is a great tourist attraction.
We visited 17-Mile drive, Carmal and Monterey Peninsula two weeks ago. Its about 45 miles south of San Jose. I will try to see if I have any touristy pics which can be uploaded to give a flavor of that beautiful area.
Till then, enjoy the beauty and elegance of San Francisco :)
