shes added on my facebook group and she actually updates her group every 2 days and most of the pics ARE from GS..lol i even remember makin a comment on one of the pics saying.. o dis is from gs. do u no the gurl does she no u have her pic up..and it was deleted a few mins after..lol

omg she blocked me from the group!!
now on the request to join page instead of saying you need permission from the people whose pic it is, it says
"Feel free to upload and share wedding photos and videos with us. The Gallery is updated after every 2 days so check the gallery Regularly.."

tell facebook that she is using pics that she does not own. enough complaints will do her in.
secondly, it is very tough to block someone from viewing.
Here is what I suggest, set up a group on GS, invitation only, and if you are unsure about sharing your pics, do it there, but realize even there someone may copy it and pass it around.

i agree with everyone else that whatever that girl is doing is completely wrong. from gs, i learned a lot about how weddings and mehndhis and everything that happens in pakistani weddings (i've livedoutsude pkall my life, so i was pretty deprived from paki weddings :( ). i borrowed a lot of ideas, learned from other people's mistakes and wowed at the gorgeous GS brides. this forum helped me so much that i could really get involved in my uncle's wedding and give some great input.
although, i'm not a regular poster nor an active guppan like Gina, SGC, shay CB and many others but GS to me is like checking my fb or my email.
And i am pretty sure that there are many more users out there like me who may not express it but are really grateful for the virtual existence of GS but this girl has created a fearful ambience compared to the old GS where people shared their ideas, whether it was through pictures or videos.

I had requested to join the group but apparently she doesnt add you on purpose, especially if she has used your pictures in her group!

LOL she knows who I am. She knows I am aisha dubaiwali coz of my photo in the profile pic and my name so she rejected my request to join. IF that guppan is reading this who did this I would say SHAME ON YOU!!! YOUR NAME SHOULD GO ON THE WALL OF SHAME AND EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW WHO YOU ARE!!!

I have reported her and her group, and have asked my friends to do the same.
Its ok to view pictures on GS or wherever the owner has posted them, but to redistribute them, DESPITE the owner's request is probably the most lowest form of badtameezi you can do.
The "members" in her group, can view pictures on GS..so what is the point of saving them, and re-posting them on facebook??
